I’m off on vacation tomorrow, returning on Wednesday.  I will complete the agreement, etc., on my return.

Thank you for asking for my input regarding Certifix Live Scan.  Over the past year of working with them twice monthly, I have had no concerns.  Each time that they attend an application workshop, I can count on them to be:

·         Punctual
·         Responsible
·         Sufficiently staffed (always have 2-3 staff to scan applicants)
·         Polite
·         Accommodating
·         Flexible

There are 2 specific individuals whom I would like to compliment.  Mariam S., our primary support staff, is always helpful & quick to respond to all e-mail reminders that I send to them.  The other person is Jean who seems to be the head staff to conduct the scanning.  I can always count on her to run the proceedings smoothly & efficiently.  They have both been a wonderful asset & it has been a pleasure to work with all Certifix staff.
