  • Print three copies of the Request for Live Scan Form
  • Bring a valid photo ID

  • We require that you fill in your Name, Date of Birth, Address, and Gender
  • We recommend that you fill out your Social Security Number, Driver’s License Number, and Phone Number

Travel To Location

Drive to the Live Scan Fingerprint location closest to your home or work:

  • Being one of the largest Live Scan service providers in State of California, most of our locations are within a ten minute drive from your home!
  • If you have a group of people that need to be fingerprinted (minimum 3), you can also request a mobile Live Scan service.
Request a Mobile Livescan Service

Fingerprinting Service

A trained and certified Live Scan operator will scan your fingerprints using a Certifix Live Scan system.

  • You must provide a valid photo ID.
  • The certified Live Scan operator will collect all the appropriate fees at the Live Scan  site.
  • The Live Scan transaction takes five to ten minutes to be completed and your fingerprints are immediately sent via electronic transmission to
    either the Department of Justice (DOJ) and/or the FBI.
