2. Services Disclaimer

Certifix provides fingerprint capture and related processing services. Certifix does not:

• Make background check determinations
• Control decisions made by the FBI, DOJ, FDLE, ATF, or any government agency
• Guarantee approval, clearance, or processing times

All background check results, approvals, rejections, delays, or agency actions are determined solely by the applicable government agency.

Certifix is not responsible for agency processing delays, denials, data interpretation, or outcomes.

3. Independent Locations

Some locations listed on this Site may be independently owned and operated.

Certifix does not control the daily operations of independently operated locations and is not responsible for:

• Actions or omissions of location operators or employees
• Compliance status of any individual location
• Service availability at any specific location

Customers should confirm directly with the location regarding services offered and authorization status.

Certifix makes no warranties, express or implied, including:
