Florida Level 2 Live Scan Submission (FDLE/AHCA) Services Locations Near Me

We provide fingerprinting services for individuals who need to complete a Level 2 background check through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) or the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Fingerprints are captured electronically and transmitted directly to the appropriate Florida agency. You’ll receive a Transaction Control Number (TCN) after submission to track the status of your background check.

How It Works

Get the Correct ORI Number

Before starting, obtain your ORI (Originating Agency Identifier) number from your employer or requesting agency. The ORI number determines where your results will be sent.

Enroll Online (Required for UPS Store Locations)

Fill out our short enrollment form to pre-fill your information and receive a QR code for your fingerprinting appointment.

Visit a Location

If you are in Florida, visit one of our in-state locations. You may walk in, or enroll online in advance for faster check-in.

If you are outside of Florida, you must enroll online and visit a participating UPS Store fingerprinting location near you.

Fingerprint Capture & Submission

Your fingerprints will be captured electronically and submitted securely to FDLE or AHCA. If you are submitting for AHCA, a photo will also be taken during your session.

Receive Your TCN

After submission, you’ll be emailed a Transaction Control Number (TCN). You can provide this to your employer or requesting agency to access the results of your background check.
