  • Do you issue or store my FBI report?

    No. Certifix does not issue or store your FBI report. Once processed, you will receive secure instructions by email to access and download your results directly.

  • Can I receive a mailed copy of my FBI report?

    Yes. After your results are available, you may request a mailed copy for an additional fee. Online download is always included at no extra cost.
