Certifix provides professional fingerprinting services nationwide. Depending on your state’s requirements, we offer electronic Live Scan submissions or prepare official FD-258 fingerprint cards for mail-in applications related to licensing, employment, background checks, and regulatory requirements.
All fingerprints are captured electronically using Live Scan equipment for accuracy and quality. When a mail-in submission is required or preferred, we print your fingerprints onto an official FD-258 card and mail the completed card to you or directly to your requesting agency.
Some states require electronic submission through approved vendors, while others accept fingerprint cards by mail. Always confirm submission instructions with your requesting organization before scheduling your appointment.
