Fingerprinting is performed using high-quality capture equipment to ensure prints meet FBI quality standards. Your fingerprints will be printed directly onto an FD-258 fingerprint card, which you will receive to submit to your requesting agency.
This location does not offer Live Scan electronic submissions. All services at this office are limited to fingerprint capture and printing onto FD-258 fingerprint cards.

Yes. Arizona Certifix locations offer FBI fingerprint-based background checks. Your fingerprints are submitted directly to the FBI, and once processing is complete, you receive your FBI Identity History Summary report. This service is separate from Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card applications, which require fingerprints to be submitted on an FD-258 fingerprint card and mailed to the Arizona Department of Public Safety along with your application and payment.
