Certifix provides professional fingerprinting services for individuals who need fingerprints for Arizona licensing, employment, or Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) requirements.
Arizona commonly requires applicants to apply for a Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC) through the Arizona Department of Public Safety. As part of that process, applicants must submit fingerprints on an official FD-258 fingerprint card.
