Florida Live Scan Submission (FDLE/AHCA)

Complete your Florida background check at any of our nationwide locations. After enrolling online, you’ll receive a QR code to present at your appointment. Your fingerprints will be captured and electronically submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) or the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

FBI Fingerprint Background Check

Submit your fingerprints electronically to the FBI using any of our nationwide partner locations. Enroll online to receive your QR code, then bring it to your appointment for fingerprint capture. Once processed, you can download your FBI criminal history report online or request a mailed copy.

FD-258 Fingerprint Card Service

Have your fingerprints captured and printed onto an official FD-258 fingerprint card at any of our nationwide locations. Enroll online to get your QR code, visit your chosen location, and we’ll mail your completed card(s) via USPS. Additional copies are available upon request. Accepted by many state and federal agencies—please verify acceptance with your requesting agency.

California Out-of-State Fingerprinting (FD-258)

Submit fingerprints to the California Department of Justice (DOJ) even if you live outside the state. We’ll capture your fingerprints at any participating nationwide location, print them onto an FD-258 card, and mail the completed packet to you along with pre-filled California DOJ forms. Simply mail the packet and payment to the CA DOJ to complete your background check.

Our certified Live Scan system is designed for organizations, applicant agencies, and businesses that need to process fingerprints in-house. It supports electronic submissions to the California DOJ, Florida FDLE, and the FBI, and includes nationwide print-to-card capability for generating FD-258 and other fingerprint card formats.
