Florida Live Scan Submission (FDLE/AHCA)

Complete your Florida background check at any of our nationwide locations. After enrolling online, you’ll receive a QR code to present at your appointment. Your fingerprints will be captured and electronically submitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) or the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Submit your fingerprints electronically to the FBI using any of our nationwide partner locations. Enroll online to receive your QR code, then bring it to your appointment for fingerprint capture. Once processed, you can download your FBI criminal history report online or request a mailed copy.

We can mail your completed card to you or directly to the organization requesting your fingerprints. Additional copies are available upon request. Always confirm submission requirements before enrolling.

California Out-of-State Fingerprinting (FD-258)

Submit fingerprints to the California Department of Justice (DOJ) even if you live outside the state. We’ll capture your fingerprints at any participating nationwide location, print them onto an FD-258 card, and mail the completed packet to you along with pre-filled California DOJ forms. Simply mail the packet and payment to the CA DOJ to complete your background check.
