Can I get an FBI background check at an Arizona Certifix location?
Yes. Arizona Certifix locations offer FBI fingerprint-based background checks. Your fingerprints are submitted directly to the FBI, and once processing is complete, you receive your FBI Identity History Summary report. This service is separate from Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card applications, which require fingerprints to be submitted on an FD-258 fingerprint card and mailed to the Arizona Department of Public Safety along with your application and payment. Be sure to select the correct service based on whether you need an FBI report or an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
