How long is a Live Scan valid in Florida?
A Live Scan submission in Florida is valid only for the specific agency and purpose it was submitted for. Each submission is linked to a unique ORI number and cannot be reused or transferred to another employer, license, or application. If you need a background check for a different purpose, a new Live Scan is required.
