Can a felon get a Fingerprint Clearance Card in Arizona?
Eligibility depends on the type of offense. Some convictions automatically disqualify an applicant, while others may still allow approval. In certain cases, applicants may apply for a good cause exception through the Arizona Board of Fingerprinting. Fingerprints must still be submitted on an FD-258 card as part of the application process.
